03:07 pm - OMGWTFBBQ - Intuit buys Homestead
Crazy day here at Homestead! Justin just announced that Intuit has agreed to buy Homestead for $170mn. The merger isn't complete yet, but if things go well, we will be Intuit employees starting early January.

I'm very excited by this, it's just so large that it hasn't really sunk in yet. Congrats to Justin, Thai, John, and everyone who's been working on the merger. Great work guys!
